If COVID has taught us anything, it has taught us that we really do now know the value of family, and spending time with them. There is a certain safety within the walls of your home. Extend those walls to a vacation home and you enjoy that safety and still get away. Extend those walls further, to a RV with wheels and now you have the safety of your home and a myriad of possibilities that you can see. The world is at your fingertips. virtually and physically.

COVID-19 has caused a huge upturn in the RV industry. Inventory is hard to find, its just flying off the lots, as fast as the RV manufacturers can build them. Here is the rub. The novelty of hauling these mini home behemoths around is proving not only complicated (Yes, these are really big!) but 2021 has showed us a huge increase in the price of fuel.

So, the answer is the Seasonal Site. For a huge discount, you park your camper in a campground from April to November and perhaps, even the alternate part of the year, if your campground offers winter camping. There is something nice about leaving work, and within the hour there are steaks coming off your permanent grill, a beer in your hand, a fire in your fireplace. You look around, and all you need is your own back yard.

We will come in and do the design, and you can submit it for approval to either the campground owner, his or her management representative, or in deeded campsites, your zoning office, and HOA.

we keep in mind that it is far easier to build than maintain, and many Campground owners do not want anything erected that ca not be removed within 48 hours, lets something happen to sever your relationship, and it all need to go away. In this spirit we design with low maintenance, or no maintenance materials. we blend with the surroundings to keep the campground owner or HOA happy, while still achieving your desire for the prefect space to get away, forget the words pressures and be at one within the safety of your family.

To the campground owners, we do road construction and road maintenance, site prep, resets, pads for pre fab cabin placement, tent platforms, and build Adirondack shelters, as well as entrance and common area landscaping. We can take your campground to the next level.
